Hot take: I let AI reschedule my whole week and it saved me 6 hours
Last Tuesday I dumped my messy calendar into an AI tool that plans out your day, mostly as a joke. It moved 3 of my errands into one loop around 4th Street and stacked my laundry with a grocery run, which I never would have done on my own. I finished everything by 2pm instead of dragging it out until 8, and the app kept a buffer so I wasn't rushing. Then Thursday it flagged a bill I forgot about, a $47 water bill, and I paid it two days early. I'm not saying it fixed my life, but 6 hours back in one week is real. Has anyone found one of these planners that doesn't nag you with 12 notifications a day?
The 4th Street loop thing is the part that got me. If you're already driving to one spot, the app can see 3 other stops on the same side of town and nobody plans like that in their head. That's where the saved time comes from, not the app being smart but it just being able to look at all the stops at once. Makes me want to try it on my Saturday list, I usually end up crossing town twice because I just do stuff in the order I remembered it. The bill flag is a nice bonus too, forgetting a $47 water bill is the kind of thing that costs you a late fee for no reason.
