Dropped $2,400 on an AI scheduling tool that booked 14 jobs into one Saturday
Six months ago I paid $2,400 for a year of an AI scheduling tool that was supposed to sort my roofing jobs by drive time and crew size, and in the first week it stacked 14 jobs on one Saturday across two counties. I spent three days fixing the mess by hand while the thing kept "optimizing" and moving jobs I already confirmed with customers. Anybody here find an AI tool that actually gets real-world routing, or is this whole category still a ripoff?
