My shift lead said my route notes read like robot logs, so now I write them different
Six months ago my dispatcher told me my daily reports sounded like a machine wrote them, all times and mile counts and no context, so I started adding one plain line about what actually went wrong or right that day. But a buddy says that messy style will just get us replaced faster once AI can read logbooks anyway. Which side is right, should workers sound more human on paper or does it not matter at this point?
