Our new scheduling AI booked me for 3 shifts in a town 90 miles away, all at the same time
I work at a pool supply store in Modesto and 2 weeks ago corporate rolled out this AI tool that makes our shifts for us. Monday morning it sent me a text saying I was covering the Stockton store, the Modesto store, and a warehouse shift, all starting at 9am. I called my manager and he just laughed and said to ignore it, so I screenshotted everything and posted it in our work group chat. By lunch the regional guy had turned the whole thing off and we were back to paper schedules like it was 2009. Has anyone else had one of these tools schedule them somewhere they literally cannot be?
