The DMV kiosk in Columbus rejected my 78 year old neighbor's ID photo and flagged her as a "high risk" file
The facial matching software kept failing her because she wore glasses in her old photo but not in the new one, and after 40 minutes of retries I helped her file a manual review request with the county clerk. Has anyone else seen these ID scanners throw out older folks for stuff like glasses or lighting?
