Watched a hiring kiosk in Columbus auto-reject 14 people in 20 minutes and I can't stop thinking about it
I was at a temp agency on High Street last Tuesday and the screen just flashed red for almost everyone who tried, no interview, no human. How is it legal to let a machine decide who eats this week without telling anyone the rules it's using?
