I tried mirroring a YouTube UFO clip to spot fake glare and it actually worked

Kept seeing this "leaked craft" video from a guy near Roswell and the reflections never lined up no matter how I flipped it, which means two light sources got comped in. Downloaded the clip, ran it mirrored in VLC frame by frame, and the cockpit glare jumped sides on only 3 of 40 frames. Anybody else use the mirror trick, or is there a better free way to catch this?
