The night at the Winter Star Party in the Florida Keys made me stop laughing at UFO people
I used to roll my eyes at every light in the sky story, but 3 winters back I was camped out at the Winter Star Party on Scout Key with my 8 inch Dob. Around 9:40pm maybe 40 of us saw a string of orange dots move in a perfect line across the southwest, no sound, no blinking, faster than any plane and then they just vanished, one by one. A retired Air Force guy two tents over said he had never seen anything like it and he was not the type to get excited. I still do not think it is little green men, but I walked away admitting I do not know what that was. Now I keep a notebook in my gear bag and log every weird thing with the time and coordinates. Any of you log sightings this way, and did you ever find out what a formation like that could be?
