Stop telling customers to clean their dryer vents with a leaf blower
I had a guy in Columbus last month who blew out his vent with a leaf blower, packed the lint into a hard plug 6 feet down the line, and melted the thermal fuse a week later. That trick just shoves the lint past the point where you can reach it, so now you're fishing a clog out of a wall cavity instead of vacuuming a hose. Do any of you actually recommend that method, or is it just YouTube guys who've never had to pull a vent apart?
