Asked my mail carrier why he wears shorts in a Michigan January and his answer actually made sense
Last Tuesday I caught Dale on my porch in 19 degree weather, bare legs and all, and I finally asked him why. He said he walks 9 miles a day and pants just trap the sweat, so his legs stay warmer dry than bundled up. Now I'm wondering what other everyday stuff I've been doing backwards my entire life. What's one small habit you flipped after someone explained the why behind it?
