Showerthought: I dropped $420 on a two day "get your life together" seminar in Denver and the whole thing was just a guy telling us to wake up at 5am
Three of the six hours were him selling a $199 follow up workbook, so I want to know what seminar or course actually gave you something real for your money instead of just a hype speech.

Did you at least get a free lanyard out of it? I once paid 300 bucks to learn that I should write things down, so my notebook and I are basically business partners now.
