I sprayed it in my old booth back in March with what I thought was a solid mix, and when he rolled into the shop on Ogden Ave last Friday the top half of that panel looked like milk. My gut says it was the humidity that week plus me rushing the flash time between coats, but my buddy swears it was the cheap reducer I grabbed when my usual jug ran dry. Either way the customer wants it redone on my dime, so now I'm out about $400 in materials and a Saturday. Do you all think humidity is the real killer here or was it the reducer, and how do you test a batch before it goes on a full panel?
