Stopped at a Wendy's outside Columbus and the whole drive-thru was a screen, no human at all
Pulled into a Wendy's off I-70 near Columbus on my way back from a job site and there was nobody on the speaker, just a screen asking me to order. I messed up my order twice and the thing kept saying 'I didn't get that' in this flat voice, and there was one kid inside just handing bags out a window. I sat in the parking lot after eating and counted maybe 3 workers in the whole place at 6pm on a Wednesday. Is this normal now in other cities, or did I just hit a test store?
