Just realized the avionics guy at the Tulsa hangar was correct about pigtail splices
He looked at my harness rework and mentioned that each extra solder joint on a 28V line adds a tiny bit of resistance, and a meter check 3 weeks later proved it. Anyone here keep a max splice count per run as a rule, or is it just a feel thing?
