Watched my neighbor's lawn go from dead patches to full green in 6 weeks, and I think the 'before and after' stuff is making us all feel bad about our own yards
Ngl I almost didn't believe it. In April his front yard over on Oak Street was mostly brown spots and weeds. By the first week of June it looked like a golf course. I asked what he did and he said he just watered deeper, twice a week, nothing else. No fancy service, no bags of stuff. Six weeks. Now I'm sitting here looking at my own yard feeling like I'm doing something wrong even though mine looks fine. I think the whole before and after thing online messes with your head. Has anyone else had a neighbor pull this off and did it change how you feel about your own place?

Six weeks of watering seems like a lot of work for a lawn that was already fine.
