Serious question, my walk-in count hit 500 clients and I felt nothing but tired
Last Friday my booking app notified me I crossed 500 total clients since opening my spot in Tacoma two years back. I always figured that number would feel huge, like I made it or something. Instead I sat there staring at the screen between cuts, tired, with a sore wrist and a floor full of hair to sweep before the next guy walked in. What got me was realizing I could not name more than 40 of those 500 by face anymore. A lot of them came once, tried the fade, and moved on, and I never even noticed them leave. Anyone here actually track their client count, and did a big number mean anything to you or did it just feel like another Tuesday?

Hit 500 too, but the ones who stick are the real win.
