Used to post at noon sharp, now I schedule for 7am and it's wild

Back in March I was religious about 12:00 EST posts because that's when my feed blew up in 2019, but engagement tanked to like 40 likes after the algorithm shift. Switched to 7:10am on Tuesdays and my last reel hit 12k in two days without a single boost. Has anyone else noticed their old 'golden hour' totally flipped since the last update, or is it just my niche getting weird?
