Vent: my cousin in Tampa said posting three times a day is the only way to beat the algorithm and I think that advice is trash
She runs a food page with about 80k followers and swore up and down that when she dropped from 3 posts a day to 1, her reach got cut in half. But here is the thing, she sells spice blends, so she is basically posting ads all day and that is why the app buries her. I post once every 4 or 5 days and my saves are way up since I stopped spamming. Feels like people are just guessing at this stuff and calling it a strategy, so tell me I am wrong or tell me your real posting schedule.

Three posts a day just trains people to scroll past you, and the spice page proves it since every post is basically a billboard. One good post that people actually save beats ten they ignore.
