Paid $89 for noise canceling headphones at a surplus sale in Newark and they saved my open office sanity
I sit near the break room and the blender noise was wrecking my focus until I grabbed a used pair cheap at a state surplus sale in Newark last fall. Has anyone else found a weirdly cheap fix for loud office life, or am I the only one buying dead government headphones?

Used to figure cheap gear was just cheap junk til I tried it myself. Now I keep an eye out for that surplus stuff every time.
