TIL my badge stopped working on a Friday at 4:50pm and IT said the fix ticket would take 72 hours
I got locked out of the Dallas office with my laptop and lunch still inside because some auto audit flagged my account for no reason, and security just shrugged at me from behind the glass. Has anyone else gotten frozen out like this, and did your manager actually help or just tell you to work from home?
