DAE notice how the pharmacy counter upsells you at pickup?

Picked up my $12 amoxicillin refill at the CVS on 5th in Columbus on Monday and the tech asked if I wanted to add a $30 probiotic "to protect my gut" and it hit me that the upsell happens right at the register where nobody's got time to think, so has anyone else noticed these add-on pitches creeping into the pharmacy line?
