My roommate's math on the internet bill was off by $47 bucks

I should have caught it sooner but last month I noticed our internet and cable bill was $47 more than what we agreed to split. I dug through the account and saw my roommate added a bunch of premium movie channels without telling me, then divided the whole thing in half anyway. I asked him about it and he said, "I figured you'd want the sports package too," except I've never watched a single game on that TV. That Friday we sat down and reworked the split so he pays for his add-ons, and I paid my real half of the base plan. It took about 20 minutes and some awkward silence, but the next bill was exactly what I expected. Has anyone else had a roommate sneak charges into shared utilities and try to pass it off as a normal split?
