My campaign night turned into a rules debate after one misread card
Last Friday we ran our usual D&D session with 6 players and I swapped in a fancy custom enemy from a Kickstarter deck. The card said "immune to melee" but I read it as "immune to metal weapons" and the whole fight got derailed for 20 minutes. We finally checked the forums and realized the maker meant bludgeoning and slashing only. I learned to screenshot the errata next time before promising a cool encounter. Anyone else have a single card or token cause a full group argument?
