Looked up my old best friend's wedding date and it hit different

I was clearing out my cloud storage last week and found photos from our beach trip in 2018, so I went to check her Instagram. Found out she got married two months ago at a venue I showed her back when we were still talking. The caption said something about her 'forever person' and I just sat there staring at my phone for way too long. Has anyone else stumbled on a friendship ending update that made you question if burning that bridge was actually right?
