I finally swapped my old hand-crank grinder for a #22 electric and my sausage stuffing got way faster
Used the hand crank for 20 pounds of breakfast links every Saturday and it took me almost 3 hours, now the electric does it in about 45 minutes with a smoother grind. Was the extra setup space on the counter worth it for you folks who made the switch, or did you find the cleanup got worse?
