Found a hidden gem at the Portland flea market for lens greases

Went to the Portland Sunday flea market on a whim and spotted a guy selling old repair kits from a closed camera shop in the 80s. Snagged a full jar of Helimax grease that still has that fresh chemical smell, plus some brass tools I'd only seen in manuals. Tested it on a sticky focusing ring on a Canon FD lens I've had for ages, and it turned buttery smooth after one pass. Anyone else run into old shop stock at swap meets, or am I just lucky?
