Paid $12 for a month of that streaming service just to watch one canceled show, and now I'm mad about the whole thing
So I got rid of cable back in March and put that money toward streaming instead. Last month I dropped $12 on a single month of a service I won't name just to rewatch a show that got axed after two seasons back in 2019. Finished the whole thing in four nights and then sat there staring at the home screen wondering what I even paid for. Here's my real question for this group: when a show gets canceled early like that, do you still go back and rewatch it, or does the cliffhanger ending just ruin it for you? I'm leaning toward letting dead shows stay dead. But if you all think a good two season run is still worth the $12, I might keep doing it.
Noticed this same thing with leftovers in my fridge, spending money on something just to watch it sit there and go bad. Let dead shows stay dead, that cliffhanger will just make you mad all over again.
