Wrote a 3 paragraph complaint about the cliffhanger on that firefighter show, got a call from the network 9 days later
Sent it to the viewer feedback address on a Sunday night after the finale cut to black mid-rescue and I just sat there mad. The rep said my letter got passed to the programming team and that they keep a tally of complaints when deciding renewals. Anyone else actually gotten a real reply from a network, or am I just lucky?

Hate to burst the bubble but the tally thing is probably just a line they give everyone to make you feel heard. Networks do log calls and letters though, so it still counts for something. Getting an actual callback 9 days later is still pretty rare, most people just get silence.
