Got banned from a kayak rental shop for a review I never left

Last summer I rented from a place in Bend, Oregon for a weekend trip. Paid $87, had a fine time, no complaints. Then out of nowhere they email me saying I'm blacklisted for posting a 1 star review about their safety gear. I checked my accounts, I never wrote anything. Turns out my cousin used my name when he booked and then got mad the wetsuit was baggy. He trashed them under my identity. I called the shop to explain, they didn't care. I still think about driving back just to show them my phone. Has anyone else been blamed for something a family member did under your name?
