Got into an argument at a Denver meetup about the 2020 census count and it ended with a phone number on a napkin

Was at a small conspiracy meetup in Denver back in March and this guy kept saying the census undercounted his whole block, so I asked him which block and he went quiet. Turns out he was going off a Facebook post from some page with 12 followers, and after 20 minutes of back and forth he wrote down the actual Census Bureau regional office number on a napkin for me to call myself. Did anyone here ever follow up on a claim like that and actually get an answer back, or does it just turn into a dead end every time?
