Run flat out vs. creep it in, which side are you on after a close call?
Last month on a job in Norfolk I tried booming out with the load just off the deck to save time, and the swing kicked way harder than I expected, nearly put a bundle of decking through a trailer window. My foreman chewed me out and said he always creeps it in under 5 feet because the sway eats your accuracy anyway. So who here runs that fast low boom move on tight picks, and where do you draw the line before it gets sketchy?
