Hit 100 followers on my writing blog, now I'm stuck
I posted daily prompts for 6 months and finally crossed 100 followers on my blog last Tuesday. It felt great until I realized most of them showed up for my Tuesday dialogue challenges, not the Friday worldbuilding ones. How do you all balance keeping a steady prompt theme versus trying new formats without losing people?
Honestly, is that really a problem? You doubled your audience in six months, which is more than most people manage. I mean, sure, it's nice to know why people stick around, but it's not like you're getting evicted over this. The Tuesday crowd shows up, that's a win, not a trap. Why not just feed them what they like on Tuesdays and keep trying new stuff on Fridays for the few who care? If the Friday numbers drop, so what, you still have a hundred people who think you're worth following. Seems like you're overthinking a good thing.
