My 2FA app migration turned into a 3 hour panic at 11pm

Honestly I switched password managers last month and thought I had exported everything right. Turns out my old authenticator app had 14 accounts tied to it and none of the backup codes were saved anywhere. I found out at 11pm when I tried to log into my email to reset something else. Three hours of digging through old notebooks and emails later I got back into most stuff but my crypto exchange account is still locked. The support ticket says it could take 5 business days. Ngl I never thought about the lifecycle of my 2FA seeds until that moment. Has anyone else had to rebuild their entire auth setup from scratch and how long did it actually take you?
