Thought that dad joke about the ghost was lame until last night
I'm not usually one for the spooky puns, but my wife told me one at dinner that actually got me. She said 'Why don't ghosts ever tell secrets? Because the walls have ears.' I laughed for a solid minute, which surprised me. Has any dad joke ever caught you off guard like that?

My dad used to tell the same joke about a ghost checking into a hotel and asking for a room with no sheets. I rolled my eyes every time until my nephew told it at a family dinner and I actually snorted soda out my nose. The delivery makes a huge difference I guess.
