Eastern Market parking lot has a new payment system that is buggy

Walked through the main lot off Gratiot this morning and the new pay-by-plate kiosks were showing errors on 3 out of 8 screens. People were circling for spots while others couldn't even pay to leave. If you run a business over there, check your receipts, I got double charged on my last visit. Anyone else hit this glitch yet?

Ugh the double charge thing happened to me too last week. I parked for like 20 mins to grab coffee and got hit twice on my card. It took forever to sort out with their customer service too.
