My entire business almost got shut down over a payment processor flag last Tuesday

I woke up to an email saying my main account was frozen because a client's description mentioned a 'protest donation' and it triggered a review. For 48 hours, I couldn't pay my crew or buy supplies, all over words in a memo field. It made me realize how fragile our financial speech really is when a private company holds the keys. Has anyone else had a payment held up for something that seemed totally harmless?

Man, that's terrifying. It shows how much power these companies have over our basic operations. Makes you wonder what other innocent words could get you flagged.

Yeah, like @cooper.drew said, what even counts as safe to write now?

Honestly @daniel_gonzalez, it feels like this is everywhere now, not just writing. You see it with payment processors shutting down accounts or apps getting removed for weird reasons. The rules just keep changing and nobody explains them clearly. It makes you second guess everything you do online, which is probably the point.
