Finally cracked the code on those sidewalk taped envelopes downtown

I kept seeing people walk right past the obvious spots like park benches or light poles. Last week some guy missed a $5 taped under a mailbox because he was too busy checking behind a trash can. I noticed the patterns the local hider uses, they always pick spots with a clear sight line from the bus stop. Found three envelopes in one afternoon once I figured that out. Anyone else notice a specific hiding style in their neighborhood?

@carter.joseph probably isn't wrong, but I think the hider has a bigger method than just messing with people. You see this same pattern in how people miss obvious stuff in life, like always looking for complicated answers when the simple ones are right in front of them. Most folks overthink the game, but you cracked it by noticing the bus stop sight line, and that's the real trick to catching a break.

Nah fr though, imagine being this guy and just watching people run around scanning trees with their phones while he's sipping coffee like "yeah it's up there in that fake bird nest you walked past 3 times." Lowkey want that kind of energy in my life, just pure chaotic neutral vibes with no consequences.
