The low water pressure fix everyone forgets to check first
Been doing pressure washing jobs around Amarillo for about 8 years now. Customers call me all the time complaining about low pressure from their house spigot. They already replaced the hose, took apart the nozzle, even called a plumber for a quote. Nine times out of ten I walk over, unscrew the hose from the spigot, and there is a little rubber washer stuck inside the fitting. Or the screen on the spigot is plugged with sediment from the city lines. Takes me thirty seconds with a pair of needle nose pliers and a toothbrush. They stand there watching me like I’m some kind of wizard. I charged a guy $75 last month for that exact fix over in the Puckett addition. He shook my hand and said he was ready to spend $400 on a new irrigation system. Anyone else run into people who skip the simple stuff and head straight for the expensive route?
