Took me 2 years to figure out I was sanding drywall in the wrong direction
So I've been patching holes and doing small drywall repairs around my place here in Amarillo for a while. Always got these swirl marks no matter how much I sanded. Finally watched a video from a guy in Lubbock and he mentioned sanding in a circular motion is the issue, you gotta go straight across. Tried it on a closet patch last weekend, night and day difference. Anyone else learn basic stuff like this way later than they should?
