Just realized I was grading my kid's homework with an AI app for 4 months
My 9 year old asked why the app gave her a check mark on a math problem her teacher marked wrong, and I pulled up the chat history out of curiosity. Turns out I had been clearing her homework with a free checker that was wrong on at least 6 of 20 fraction problems, and I only noticed because she started trusting it over her own work. If a free tool can be that far off on 4th grade fractions, what else are parents running their kids' stuff through without checking?
