Vent: My cousin told me to feed my AI resume screener some fake data to get better matches

She swore it would help me land interviews, but after I tried it the system flagged everything and I got blacklisted from three recruiting platforms, has anyone else dealt with a tool punishing you for gaming it?

Heard a tech recruiter on a podcast say these AI screeners are getting scary good at catching fake data, basically they look for patterns real resumes naturally have that fake ones miss. Seems like your cousin was giving outdated advice from like five years ago when the systems were dumber. Three platforms blacklisting you is rough though, maybe try reaching out to their support and explaining you were just testing things out.
