Warning: the AI hiring tool at my gym in Dayton rejected a guy for a 3 week gap
The owner showed me the rejection log and it flagged "unexplained absence" on a trainer who took 3 weeks off when his kid was born. Are tools like this saving managers real time, or just hiding bias behind a score we never question?
