Hit 500 rejected job apps last week and the AI recruiter finally emailed me back
I applied to 500 jobs through those AI screening portals and one response was just a captcha asking me to prove I wasn't a bot, has anyone else gotten that nonsense?

and now the machines are playing hard to get, which is honestly the most human thing a bot has ever done.
