I read that 25% of jobs could change by 2030 and it hit me harder than I expected
I was flipping through a report from the McKinsey Global Institute online last week and the line that 375 million workers might need to switch job categories by 2030 stuck with me, partly because my dad spent 30 years at the same plant in Toledo and never had to think about that. Back then a job was a job for life, but now even the stable ones feel like they might shift under your feet. Does anyone else here feel like the pace of change is too fast to plan for, or is it just me?
