That chatbot took 40 minutes to refund a $12 order
Last week I tried to get a refund from an online store and their AI chatbot kept sending me in circles. It asked for my order number three different times and then said it couldn't process refunds over $10. I finally gave up and called their human support line which took 10 seconds to fix it. Has anyone else wasted way more time trying to get AI help with simple tasks?

The last time I tried a chatbot for a refund, it took me 45 minutes to get back a $8 credit for a late pizza delivery. It kept asking for my order number, then my phone number, then my email, then my order number again (which I already gave twice). I swear I could hear the thing laughing at me. By the time I got the refund, I had already eaten the cold pizza and was too tired to care. My life is basically a series of these tiny failures.
