Customer's builder grade panel comment made me rethink my whole sales pitch
Last Thursday a homeowner in Tacoma told me 'the cheap panel is fine, my brother in law will wire it' and I spent 20 minutes explaining why a $280 Vista panel with proper cellular backup beats saving $90 on a unit that drops signals in their steel framed garage, so has anyone else run into DIY folks who think monitoring is just an app?
