My bias test score made me stop trusting my gut on resumes
Ran my hiring picks through a free fairness checker and saw I favored candidates from my own zip code without realizing it. That data point convinced me to let the algorithm rank the first pass now, then I only review the top 20 with human judgment. Has anyone else found their own blind spots that way?
