That red light show over Lake Lewisville still bugs me

Back in September I was fishing off the pier on the east side of Lake Lewisville around 9:30 PM when three red lights hovered in a straight line for maybe 4 minutes. They moved north slow, then one blinked out and the other two shot off so fast my brain couldn't follow. I checked flight radar later and nothing showed up in that airspace. Has anyone else seen something like this over water, or am I just seeing drones from the airport nearby?
