The cattle near Roswell changed overnight and no one will talk about it
I drive the back roads outside Roswell every Tuesday for my delivery route. Last month on the 14th, the herd by the old Miller ranch was skittish but normal. This Tuesday, the same cattle stood frozen in a perfect line along the fence, and their eyes looked wet and glassy. The rancher said they'd been like that since 3am, and he found three fence posts twisted into loops, not broken. I checked the vet reports online, no illness in the county, and the weather was clear all week. Has anyone else seen livestock behavior shift that fast after a quiet night, or am I just looking for patterns that aren't there?
