Finally got my rewatch group back together after 4 months of chaos

We used to meet every Sunday but three people moved and the group chat went dead, so I just picked a random Tuesday at a coffee shop in Portland and only 2 people showed up. Instead of giving up, I asked everyone for their actual free hours and we landed on a 9pm Thursday slot, and last night all 8 of us were there for episode 17 of Frieren. Has anyone else had to completely rebuild their watch party schedule after people's lives got in the way?
